At this year's CMTS event we will have our V20/5 5-Axis CNC Machining Center on display & demonstrating its capabilites.  This 5-Axis machine is one of three different 5-Axis Machines we offer within our CNC family. 

The V20/5 trunnion VMC provides full simultaneous 5-Axis or 5-Faces motion, which can position a workpiece to any angle for 5 side machining.  Perfect for the die and mould industry, aeropace industry, mechanical engineering, medical engineering, motor sport and sub-contract industry.

The V20/5 is our smallest 5-Axis VMC with a 320mm diameter 100 Kg loading table.  Spindle speeds available up to 24,000 RPM!

Also at this years CMTS you will find our LT65 CNC Lathe.  This Slant Bed turning center, complete with 8" chuck, provides 19.6" swing over the bed, a maximum cutting diameter of 7.08" and 18.11" maximum cutting length. 

Additionally this machine comes with a Fagor 8055T LCD CNC Control, spindle thru hole of 2.55", automatic 8 tool turret, chip conveyor, 8" hydraulic chuck c/w hard and soft jaws, manual touch probe tool setting arm, 2" boring bar holder, linear guide ways, coolant system, full enclosure and much more.
